Down to Earth Sand & Soil began as Baulkham Hills Landscape Supplies, a yard that spent over 35 years building a reputation for quality materials and straight-up service across Sydney's North West.
In January 2018, Lawrance and Sandra Spiteri took over the business and rebranded to Down to Earth Sand and Soil while continuing to provide quality sand, soil, mulch, gravel, and landscape materials.
For years, the yard operated out of Annangrove. Then came the goal that took over ten years to reach: a purpose-built home at Box Hill. We moved in as a bigger, better-equipped operation, built around how a modern landscape supply yard should run, more space, better stock control, and an easier way to deliver quality landscaping supplies to the Sydney metro region.
Our mission is to supply quality landscape materials with honest advice and reliable service, the kind of down-to-earth approach that helps every project grow from the ground up.
